"Changed my email address three different times and was assured it was fixed and was never updated so could not access mobile banking. Drove 57 miles twice to update physical address and just found out today trying to close my accounts that they reverted my physical address once again to the old address. Emptying my accounts and running as fast as I can and recommend to others that they find a different credit union"
"Banking with them for 7 years have good credit 0 missed payments still get denied for small loans making me have to go through other banks such as chase or even discover. Would not recommend them as they have a ton of hassles for every expect a checking account"
"I am giving 2 stars because the people I talk to are thankfully always kind. But otherwise, there isn't much about this bank I like. Their online banking system is so antiquated and out of date. Yes, they state that is so that they can keep costs low for customers but I honestly rather pay a bit more for seamless use. I cannot access to any of my eDocuments when needed, and seem to have to call in every single time I need a document for tax purposes. Anytime I call I'm on the line for 2 hours because nobody from the mortgage department speaks directly to clients, which unfortunately means a more inexperienced call rep is having to play telephone between the customer and the reps. AND this is now the second time I've had to call and be told that "someone on our mortgage team will call you back because your questions are nuanced" and I never get a call. Its very disappointing. Had I not locked in on a great mortgage rate in this new post pandemic world I definitely would have refinanced with someone else."
"They make things extremely inconvenient.... Cant do ANYTHING online, always have to call, text/chat, or visit a branch. Opening my account was inconvenient, had to wait for a business day and call in.. Waited on hold for awhile... Trying to transfer money from an external account to them... OH cant do that for 30 days after opening my account???!!! What the acutal..... I got told their a credit union, they do things differently.... Well I bank with another credit union over 15 years, never had an issue doing things from the comfort of my own home when ever I please to."
"Honestly I didn’t want to give a bad review because it’s unlike me, but this bank has me extremely disappointed and it’s not the first & I’m sure it won’t be the last I called the first week of September asking if they when I will receive my new debt card which expires this month spoke to a rude employee telling me I’m not the only one I need to wait because of the holidays but if I don’t feel like wait to come pick it up myself, I explained my work hours are hectic and makes it very hard and he said “I don’t know what to tell you” I wish I had the time to see if this same employees would talk like that in my face. Now it’s 3rd week of September and still haven’t received anything I might as well close my account and take my business to a RELIABLE & RESPECTFUL bank where my business is appreciated"
