"Be careful of "bait and switch" tactics. The website listed a 2 months free promotion which we then reserved. When we went to sign paperwork and secure the unit suddenly no trace of the 2 months free promotion could be found, despite it being on the correspondence I received and reservation email. The property manager then said he would get it "handled" and we would be credited the free rent. Nope. Never happened. The property manager said it had to be escalated to the district manager. The district manager said he had to escalate it. Just not an honest way to do business."
"Facility not staffed and exterior doors broken, so no access to facility. The posted number connects to call center who advise you to call during regular hours M-F. Wonder if my rate will be reduced based on when I have access to my property?"
"I’ve been renting from Storage Rentals of America for a year now and don’t have anything bad to say. I came today to finally move out and Luis was so generous to help me get my uhaul backed up cause I was too scared. He was very pleasant and very helpful. If I ever need to store my things again I would definitely come back here. Highly recommend for any and everyone to rent with them. The prices are not bad and the staff are amazing. 10/10 customer services. Thank you Storage Rentals of America and a specials thanks to Luis."
