"I used to think highly of Greylock and use them for all my banking however after a dispute over the charging of not only an overdraft fee but a daily fee until my account was brought out of being negative which was continuously being made harder and harder by the additional fees and then the rudeness and lack of customer service that I experienced I closed my account and have since not returned"

"Gosh we ALL really miss Mark. This used to be the most pleasant place to bank until management changes recently. Now the new girl “in charge” is very verbally combative, she tries to give random tax advice that comes off threateningly (BAD tax advice to boot) I really don’t need her trying to coach me, I own a small finance company and if I needed advice I wouldn’t seek it from a local banker. She has a real know it all complex, which she shouldn’t because she really dosent know what she’s talking about, at ALL. I hope she took the time to look up the difference between I.O.L.A and I.O.L.T.A and how in NYS they are the same thing but used interchangeably considering she took the time to read the letter that came with my check I needed to deposit. Why she felt the need to try to correct an attorney’s letter is beyond my own personal comprehension, my attorneys would never let a letter out without using spell check but maybe hers do, I don’t know, but I digress, She made me feel as though she was enjoying making things difficult for me, it was sickening really the smile on her face as she was telling me she was unable to deposit my check (which she wasn’t wrong about, I expected the results I just didn’t expect her to enjoy it so much) honestly she was really just so unpleasant that I’m taking my banking elsewhere and my husband and our family is following suit. Hope you guys get someone else in there before you lose more customers. Now Rachel who is a teller up front is just wonderful, pleasant, full of genuine friendly smiles and extremely quick and efficient. I’ll miss her bunches:("
"I use this branch all the time. I always use drive up. They are all polite and always helpful. I have never ever had a problem. The pandemic made for long lines but it's not their fault. Even through all that they are always pleasant. I drive past many other branches just to go here. Thank you for being professional and helpful."
