"Pretty good for the average Dunkin. I will say this specific location next to the torras causeway is a nightmare to get into, but it's worth it if you want cheap coffee and donuts. Customer service is actually excellent as well"

"I went last thurs got out of car in pouring rain; ordered my coffee and Boston crème donut and a chocolate glaze; Pay gave a 5$ tip ; ran back to car thrilled I had my coffee and donuts My donuts were in same bag on top of one another… ok BUT he put Boston crème upside down in bottom of bag! ALL chocolate was stuck on bottom of the bag !!!"

"Ordered an ice tea. They didn't tell me they were out and had to make it. Pretty sure its the owner who took my order. I would have rather just got something else, instead waiting 10-15 minutes."

"Two stars only because I normally enjoy Dunkin Donuts but this location has burned me twice in the past two months. Twice now, I’ve stopped for a breakfast sandwich only to be told that it’s too early, that items haven’t been prepped (not even coffee at 0630). What happened to “it’s time to make the donuts”?"

"I love Dunkin' donuts and I usually go quite a bit but it makes me mad when they have somebody new and they're willing to give you anything for your money and it's absolutely awful. Now if they didn't have the correct boxes that they usually put the donuts in there was no way that my donuts should have been stuffed to the result that I had to pick a donut like this up I paid my good money for and I didn't pay for them to be stuffed in the box they did it any kind of way instead of asking me which way would I prefer people just do your money any kind of way and if you don't say anything they'll just let it be. Sick of careless employees that don't want to give you quality for your money is what I'm paying for and the prices that things are today I expect my money's worth. For my customers in my customers didn't even want them once they seen them like that so therefore I feel like I wasted my money and all of it could have been avoided!"
