"Please note the 3 pictures attached. One shows the distance between the back of the booth and edge of table. The second shows the distance between me and the table. Last is for reference for time and where seated. I’m a 69 year old lady that’s 4’ 8” tall. I have many health problems including osteoporosis with back and hip problems. When Nicole seated me, this is the booth I was taken to. It was in the bar. When I asked for a table and said I didn’t want to sit in the bar area, I was told I could sit somewhere else if I wanted to wait in the front again. They were continuously seating people in the other area of the restaurant at this time. During this time my sweet waitress was looking across in the other area trying to find me a table. I proceeded to show Nicole how far I was away from the table. I told her if I sat comfortably, I’d strow my food close to two feet across my clothes. The solution she provided was for me to spread my jacket across my clothes to keep the food off my clothes. The waitress pointed out to Nicole that I couldn’t do that because it’d mess up my jacket. Now! I have a great sense of humor. However, this tops anything I’ve ever experienced even while traveling to many states with my job before I retired. I worked with USDA. I have 2 questions. First, is it your policy to not try to comply with a customers situation with seating. Second, do you train your employees to recommend a customer use their jacket to protect their clothes from food due to their physical problems? Thank you! S. Bryant"

"We went here for a nice dinner and instead after waiting for nearly an hour for our food, and dealing with rude staff who kept ignoring our table, we were served a mediocre meal. Before we even touched it, we noticed my husband's potato had 5 hairs on it, that did not appear to be from someone's head but from a lower region. We were disgusted, obviously and asked for a manager. He immediately apologized and tried to give us more food which we declined. We don't believe the hairs were an accident and we definitely did not want anything else that came from there. They did not charge us for the food or drinks and we left. We will never eat here again."

"The last time we visited Long Horns in Brunswick I left a 2 star review. We waited for over an hour, our server neglected us, we didn't get get a drink order until 20+minutes of waiting. Two other couples/tables of 4+ come in after us, ordered, and left before we even got our food. My husband was weary to try them again, however, we did. When we visited last weekend our server was so nice ans attentive. Our appetizers/drinks came out quickly and our food was not long after that."
