"Navigated here, it's drive thru only the lobby is closed, and from the outside it doesn't visually appear open. I changed my mind and went to BK instead."
"I mean, it's Wendy's. The food should be the same everywhere. Generally I've had no issues with the food quality. The store is always very slow though. Not sure if they are understaffed. You can be stuck in line when there is no line for quite a while. Don't expect Chick-fil-A level staff greeting either. But hey, it's a drive thru, not a 5 star restaurant."
"Great service and fast service. The food was fresh and delicious. The only issue was that two of my kids asked for plain burgers and had to have them remade because they were not as ordered."
"So I stopped by Wendy’s to try their breakfast. I was hoping the dining room would be open cause I had been driving for 2 hours and needed to use the bathroom. It wasn’t so we ordered at the drive thru. We got a croissant sandwich and some french toast sticks. I didn’t like the French toast sticks too much. I could barely tell that I had bacon on my sandwich."
"My wife and I pulled up to the drive-through where no one answered after waiting for several minutes. When we pulled up to the main window, a gentleman came to the window and rudely said he was dealing with other customers as if we were bothering him. Then he just stared at us. At some point, I thought he would ask us what we would like to order. After some awkward silence, my wife politely asked if she needed to go back and drive around to the intercom to make her order. The man responded sarcastically. At this point we decided to drive on. Very rude, flippant people like this need to remember that customers are the ones who pay their salaries. When they start to view customers as a burden, that’s when customers stop coming."
