"Panera’s quality of ingredients has gone down hill… ordered half frontega chicken.. literally received 2 slices of onion on a messed up bun with a disgusting baguette that did not taste healthy or look/taste like their baguettes for $9… pretty pricy for a 5 inch sandwich and piece of bread. Staff was super kind and efficient in the drive through, this rating is purely on Panera’s food quality decline."
"We should have known what was in store when we entered that based on the filth of the front doors. We waited at the register for a few minutes before anyone came to take our order. My husband noticed a fly landing all over our food while it was on the window, he requested new meals, which the team did without complaint. The place just looked tired and dirty. I could see black mold on the ice maker, black dust around the ceiling vents, dirty carpet- you get the idea."

"Clean store, fresh bread. Bagel sandwiches were good. Cookies were not as fresh because we were there for breakfast, and they tasted like they were from the day or two before. Lots of parking, the store is clean, and the service was good."
