"The place was run down and we really couldn't tell if they were open or not. The service was a great experience. The lady was super nice. The food was great. Just what we needed. Thank you for the pleasant experience."

"This place needs an overhaul. 3 staff members that we could see. No one in the restaurant. The ticket for our online order was sitting on the counter, but they hadn't started it. Said it would be ready at 822, we got our food at 847. Not a large order either. On top of that, the order wasn't correct. They said it wouldn't take long to fix. But I wasn't willing to wait another 30 min. This was our second and last visit to this location. Avoid this Krystal."

"Black mold everywhere. Standing water on the floor. How this has not been addressed is beyond me. Employees must have illness from the mold. Rain water dripping from under the roof soffit down along the outside windows. Contacted customer service but Krystal has not responded back. Truly disgusting. The manager should be ashamed. Again, I already contacted Krystal customer service and they have not responded."

"Ignore the noise. This location is very clean and the food is fresh. Our food was made to order and could not have been any better. The restaurant hosts were friendly. We always stop here on our Baltimore to Jacksonville road trips. Pro tip: the CHIK is now a much larger sandwich."

"Came through and got lunch and this location is beyond nasty. The burgers were dry and appeared to have sat there for hours. When I took them back to the counter to get them freshly made because yuck... the woman just looked at me and said well they are going to have onions on them we scrap them off. Really."
