Reviews
"One of my most favorite trails!"
"I've been going here since they started it, absolutely a great place where I started roller blading here now, mostly hike or bike."
"The start of the trail is quite misleading as it starts in the middle of an item field and gets buried into the field from the road. However, it gets interesting beyond what you can see from the road. It veers into the right into the thicket trees and becomes a trail in the woods. The trail goes through some swampy areas but do have wooden plank path to walk on. You eventually end up at a big rock/boulder under a shaded tree and an area big enough to have a picnic. One would think you'd end up at the ocean shore line but it just dead ends at the rock. It's about a mile long so make sure you have no concern to hike atleast two miles."
"Beautiful, paved, bike path from Fairhaven to Mattapoisett. Take the path through Shaw Farm and find the crystal cap stone!"
"Very scenic walk which leads to views of Buzzards Bay, cow pasture along the way. Terrain is a little rough due to tree roots on path. There is planking on some of the path. A few stone seating rest spots. It make an very enjoy hike ending with breakfast, lunch and views of the bay."
