"The woman on the phone was very disrespectful when asked a question about our Uber Eats delivery. She repeatedly responded with “um okay” when tried to explain a small issue. I completely understand our issue needed to be resolved through Uber Eats, but the tone and attitude I received was uncalled and very unprofessional."

"Placed a delivery order at 5:44, estimated delivery time of 6:19. Called at 6:45 when my food hadn't arrived and was told they were short on drivers but my food had left the store and should arrive in a few minutes. Ended up calling to cancel at 7:20, and even then they tried to tell me the food would be there soon. If you can't handle deliveries, don't take them and have people order through a different app like door dash so that their food comes in a timely manner. No one wants 1.5-2 hour old food when they're paying $50 plus."

"This is my second time ordering delivery. From this location. The first time they got me with a cash delivery and claimed they didn’t have change, this time I placed the order on the app at 5:58pm, the estimated delivery time was 6:28pm. Called the location when I was 15 minutes late, he was unconcerned and said the driver had already left the store. Called again at the hour mark of placing the order, the young lady seemed concerned and asked me to hold, she said that they had 1 driver and the delivery time should have updated to indicate a longer delivery time, and told me that my pizza was on the way and it would be hot. Well that was a lie. I called to get some assistance and was told that the manager was not in the store at the time, after being placed on hold. Oh and by the way, I had to reheat the pizza in the air fryer. It will not be a third time for me."

"This utterly ridiculous I called in my order for pick up at 6 o’clock and they told me my order will be done within 15 to 20 minutes I pulled up to the window they told me my order wasn’t ready I was waiting for my order for 10 minutes. Then was asked what’s my name just so they can tell me I have another 5 minutes on my orders and they ask me to pull around so I pull right around in the long line that was behind me finally I get back to the window by this time it was 6:52 got my pizza then I asked for two courtesy sauces I was told no then the manager came to the window and I asked her can I have courtesy sauces for my wait and my time she told me no I have to pay for it because it’s policy I’m just trying to figure out when do policy and courtesy goes together. I will not be going to this selfish location again the manager is unreal and has no consideration at all."
