"Extremely rude staff. Overcharged me by 30 dollars. When I told them that they did, someone with a blonde mop on her head tells me that I have to wait a week before I’m due a refund. I told her that it’s fine, I’ll report the transaction as fraud and not authorized by me. Close the entire location."

"Just order an Stawberry Blizzard, Turtle Blizzard and a Pup cup. When I got home everything was right except I had a Butterfinger Blizzard instead of my Turtle. I tired to call back to speak to a manager but after it rang 15 times I hung up After calling a second time I finally got to speak to a manager. When back to get my correct Blizzard. She first called me a Liar. What happened the Customer is always right and Customer service? She look at the returned Blizzard and said that is right it has chocolate in there. Duh! It had Chocolate Butterfinger in it. Who ever owns this place needs to keep an eye on this place. People will tell people not to shop there!"

"Front counter girl mopped the floor when we arrived and it stayed wet for over 30 minutes. Staff was sliding as they walked. Extremely unsafe and I had 4 of my grands with me. We ordered ice cream and my daughter was handed this. Poor customer service. Staff needs inservicing on safety and proper mopping."

"I knew DQ is an American brand, but I've seen this chain in Korea as well. However, it was my first time trying their drinks. We ordered a white mocha shake and a peanut butter shake, and they were very satisfying! Also, the drive-thru service was quick and polite."
