Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

"Every time we order food here, the service isn’t the best, the fries are always old & not enough on the plates, & the store itself isn’t clean nor stocked. We just DoorDash our order & this is what it looks like. This is only our 3rd meal from here. Even though we understand they’re understaffed, receiving old food is not okay."

"I only stopped to try the fried cheesecake bites but I ordered a Zax snack as well. My food was still hot and fresh by the time I made it home which was a great plus! The fried cheesecake bites are tasty but they do have more of a frozen item taste. Overall,I like them. Service was great and delivery was smooth."

"Just like most places in Hinesville they do well for awhile then begin to slacking up. Food is never good just okay. Especially the last few times going. Fries are old, unseasoned or overly seasoned. Ask for fresh fries. Toast is cold or stale. Chicken is warm not hot. Make sure you got everything because they will forget half your order or at least one or two things."

"I go here every once in awhile which sometimes it's a hit and other times it's a miss. I have nothing to complain about as of now. Service seems to be getting better depending on who they have on shift."

"This Zaxby’s always disappoints. The picture with the open zax sauce & the few little fries & dryly dipped chicken tender's is from Hinesville’s Zaxby’s. That day the order was supposed to be 2x the extra fry. The order with the drenched tenders and the boat load of fries is from a different Zaxby’s located in Savannah. The order from Savannah isn’t 2x the fry, it’s just a substitution of the coleslaw from the chicken tender plate. Yet my plate that’s supposed to be doubled has been poorly served & lacking in fries. I could easily count all of my fries & each time I come here my food is cold as soon as I grab my bag from the employee at the drive through. Also the times I’ve tried to go in and get food at night the wait time has always been horrible. I’ve tried numerous times to give them another chance, but every time I do my food is always a mess or they don’t give me exactly what I ask for. I understand mistakes, but these occur way too often & I am tired of my money being wasted here."
