"I went to dinner and the lady assigned to my table was beyond unprofessional, the way she took care of my family wasn’t the right way. I ordered some soup with drinks first, the drinks came after the soup and after that she never came to take the empty plate out of the table. I didn’t eat my dinner since she never came to take my order. She just walked several time next to us but never asked us if wee need anything, we were a ghost on that table. I paid for what I consumed talked to the manager to let him know of the situation and walked away so frustrated and hungry. Never again will stop by this place. I am so disappointed with the customer service that lady offered to us."

"Ordered uber eats from Chilis. They forgot my chips & gave me old queso/beef that was discolored & cold. I ordered a ceaser salad & did NOT get anything close to that. I was beyond disappointed with the food quality & accuracy of the order."
"I believe our server's name was Mavis. She mentioned she is new. She did great! She gave great service and was very sweet. The food was very delicious all together even the bar drinks. It's hardly ever you get great service and great food. I haven't been to chili's in a long time and I'm glad I did. Thx agian Mavis."
"This is one of my favorite chains. This location was very good. The food was really good. It's always been good. That's why I judge it harder than other places. It never disappoints. The service was great. I came around 8 pm to 9 pm one friday. It was packed, but the service was fantastic. I wasn't sure how she managed so many tables. My party in total had 6 people. The atmosphere was awesome. Felt like a bar. A very nice feeling. I usually don't drink, but with the vibe of everyone their, I got a few. Decent selection at this one for beer. The mixed drinks were strong. Which is always a plus... yes, I had to get a Margherita hahaha. I recommend this location"
