"I’m giving 3 stars because there are SOME (barely) associates that actually make things right but generally I’m so disappointed when I pay $6 for a coffee for it to taste like bitter old coffee. I know I can just go elsewhere but the nearest Dunkin is 30+ minutes away. I just want my coffee to taste right."

"This place is an absolute joke and completely mismanaged. I placed a mobile order the day before for two boxes of Joe and two dozen donuts. The app says come on in my order is ready. I then waited for 25 minutes just to be told they don’t have box of Joe’s. They said they will give me 5 extra large coffees instead. I asked for a refund but was told I would have to go through the app. So now I’m still waiting for this coffee as I write this. The drive thru is backed up around the parking lot and the inside is packed with people waiting on orders. This is the most inefficient restaurant I’ve seen in a while. Won’t come here again."

"the food is absolutely disgusting. the breakfest sandwichs smell like roaches and my hashbrowns were burnt and tastes so dry. the sandwich is so hard i cant even eat it. they need to get new employees or shut down."

"Besides the attitude I got going through the drive thru and the loud sucking of the teeth because I asked for whip cream to be added to my iced coffee, it was fine. The iced coffee was great. Work on the customer service and the drive thru experience will be great all over. A customer shouldn't drive away upset and wondering why were they treated that way, when they gave no occasion for it. All because I forgot to ask for the whip cream in the beginning? Really? But thanks for the iced coffee!"
