Starbucks 1398 Boone Street, Kingsland, GA 31548

"Is zero a choice because that is what my wife and I received this afternoon-zero attention and this is the second time this has happened at relatively the same time 1200 on Sunday. The drive thru was busy….we walked in….no one at register…one person making a drink another messing with food counter were two people closest to us. Maybe four other customers sitting in the store. Inside store appeared not busy. Not one employee looked at us or even said, “One moment please.” No acknowledgement for like five minutes…finally we left with not one word from an employee. And as I stated, this has happened before."

"Visiting my hometown. Love that there’s a Starbucks. The ladies working this morning were so very sweet and helpful."

"This is the only Starbucks within a 30 minute radius, and it’s difficult to not get frustrated with them. They frequently run out of the same items week after week but do nothing to increase order supply. Some employees are kind and friendly while others are insanely rude. You never know what you’re going to get, if they’ll have what you want, or how long you’re going to wait. From the many places I’ve lived and traveled to, this is probably the most unreliable and often disappointing Starbucks of them all."

"The very worst of all the Starbucks I have ever been in. Came into the place at 4:30pm on a Sunday. The place was totally empty and yet totally trashed. The bathrooms were disgustingly neglected and so was the countertop. Trash was all over the floors and all of the trash cans were running over. If you are in need of a caffeine fix- keep driving!"

"WORST LOCATION. FILTHY, DIRTY, DISGUSTING, RUDE Starbucks. I stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged. The worker (that made eye contact with me) chose to ignore me and put pastries and baked goods into the display case first. After stacking about 10 empty trays on top of the case, she asked me what she could help me with. I told her the bathroom didn't have any toilet paper. She said, "oh," and left without a word, and returned with 2 rolls that she tried to hand to me. I said, "am i supposed to refill the toilet paper?" She replied that she wasn't refilling the actual holder because she didnt have a dispenser key. She was just going to do the same thing i would do, which would be to place the rolls wherever the rolls would sit. The bathroom was so nasty and dirty. The front door was covered in smudges and handprints. Trash full and overflowing. No sugar or creamer available. I was so grossed out that i left without ordering anything. SEE PICTURES."
