"Not to so sound corny, but Yogaguru, Vineeta, and her team of teachers has literally changed my life. Everything slows down after 40, and I needed to make a change from just the 9-5 workday and then watching a few shows at the end of my day. What started with a few slow stretch classes progressed into Slow Stretch, Pilates, and then even adding in some Yoga flows. In less than a year I have dropped 40 lbs, built strong muscle definition, and doing things I never thought I'd be able to do including Arm Balances, Headstands, and increased flexibility.
