"Staff is non responsive, and they allow group workouts despite there being signage up declaring no personal training….. The gym is already small, we don’t need a group of people hogging the machines during the most busiest hours of the day. Please be more attentive, as I will be cancelling my membership if this is not addressed sooner rather than later"
"I try to go off hours so it isn't very busy. Around 10-2pm. For the most part, everything is clean. I would like to see the handles and attachments get replaced. They are frayed or missing all together. But 98% of equipment is always functional. The new massage chairs they got in recently are much better than the old ones."
