"Inspections may be the only thing this business is good for. Do not take your bike here for a repair. I had a terrible experience with this company. Motorcycle was dropped off for repair in October with a large down payment. He said it would be a 2 week job. Here we are in March and the repair still wasn’t finished. Every time I went by or called since October Russ kept telling me the mechanic wasn’t in and doesn’t come to work in cold or inclement weather because he only rides a motorcycle for transportation. I had already lost a sale because the bike wasn’t finished when it was suppose to be and Russ was about to make me lose another one because he refused to commit to the timeline he gave for repair over and over. When I expressed my frustration Russ yelled at me and told me to take him to court just like the 3 others already taking him to court. I simply just wanted my bike to be finished. We talked it out and he told me it would be done the next day. I went to pick up the bike and he wanted an additional $1018. I don’t have any issue paying for work completed so I wrote him a check. There were a few new scratches on the bike but I let it slide. I told him that given the hassle this has been and the discomfort with the whole process, I need to do my due diligence and have the bike inspected by the buyer who happened to be a mechanic as well and that once it’s confirmed that the work was completed then he can cash the check. He agreed to wait until I confirm that the work was done. I assured him that I was headed directly to the buyer upon leaving RPM. He claimed he was fine with that. When I had the bike examined, it had no fluids in it, just very minimal oil. Gas and oil was put in and it took 40 minutes before it could get started. It was pouring out oil like a faucet which explains why he gave it to me with barely any in it. The oil issue was one of the main things that I brought the bike in to get fixed. The work listed on the receipt was absolutely not all completed. I didn’t even get my money’s worth for what I paid up front before the repair started. I canceled the check just in time because Russ tried to cash it before hearing from me despite our agreement. He already got me for the money I paid up front was $740. I wasn’t going to let him get another $1018 out of me for work that wasn’t done. Stay clear of this place."

"Great service. I went there for a motorcycle inspection it was my first time doing one and they where super helpful through the process I found out I had a light out and they where able to find a new bulb for it all together I spent $20 and it was well worth it"

"Went to check out the shop, had my inspection done and took a look around. Russ was great & seems very knowledgeable, he also had a good selection of used bikes. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the market."
