"By far the worst service i have ever had! I went in to look for some help with supplies for my cpap, the woman who greeted me seemed as if i was wasting her time as soon as i asked. instead of helping me figure it out she acted as if there was nothing she could do. i asked if she had a nasal pillow mask her response was "oh those go for $150 in store" as if i couldnt afford it. i would have gladly payed whatever to have a good night sleep. Dont waste your time!! A simple if you could bring your machine or go get info and return would of been more helpful and still would of got a sale. A lil tip.. if your working in the medical field you should act as if you care about peoples health. What a medical supply store big thumbs down i would give a zero if i could."
"Jen was fantastic. I needed to replace my CPAP mask and had stopped going through the sleep center and insurance due to heavy copays and appointments that felt like a unnecessary ongoing cash grab. My machine works fine but my mask and the strap system were just too worn to hold a good seal. Jen was patient and willing to try everything possible to find equipment that fit me and my machine and stayed within a reasonable cost because I was paying out of pocket. A different medical supply company flat out refused to sell me equipment without going through my insurance, basically just trying to maximize their profit regardless of the fact I just wanted to replace a worn mask. Jen was fantastic and went above and beyond to be helpful!"
"When I talked to my dr I asked them to send my cpap order here because I've had a good experience with them in the past. After a 2 week run around my mask and cpap was ordered before I got this call "Hi Sean this is Jennifer with Dartmouth Medical Equipment. I'm calling in regards to the balance on your account. It looks like it's from 2017. So we won't be able to set you up with the CPAP until that is taken care of. Please give us a call back at"" This was while I was on my 2nd month out of work due to covid-19 and unemployment had not come in. I never once received a bill from this place and had no idea I owed. I told them to send me a bill and told my Dr to send to Enos.. I can't imagine the medical equipment this place is holding back from people during a national emergency"
"I ended up having to pay for my breast pump following the birth of my daughter because this company called the wrong phone number and I never received their initial letter requesting updated health information. Upon receiving their bill for the breast pump they informed me that it was outside the window to bill my insurance company and I was responsible for the cost. Having a new baby is stressful and expensive enough without these added issues! I will never use them again!"
"Sounded great at first but no follow through on customer service. Lost my CPAP chip and promised to send a new one. Never came. I lost 4 months of data. No good at returning calls either. On to another company."
