"Every workout at F45 flies by incredibly quickly. Don't get me wrong; you definitely feel the intensity. The sessions are challenging, but the fast pace keeps the circuit interesting. The coaches take the time to correct your form and provide encouragement. The atmosphere is extremely friendly, with modern facilities that are always impeccably clean. After trying their introductory offer of 3 classes for $3 in April, I was convinced that joining was the right decision. It's been a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I'm stronger, fitter, and I genuinely look forward to working out"

"Found out about F45 through one of the managers Julia, I was looking for a new place to take workout classes and she told me to come try one out at F45, she has made me feel nothing but welcomed and encouraged when I come and do a workout there. Its really hard to find gyms that you feel comfortable at, and she has made me comfortable coming back multiple times a week for a great workout. The coaches are also super nice and welcoming, especially the other manager Jess!"
