Most of our yoga classes are conducted via Zoom, allowing us to reach students around the globe. This digital connection enables us to spread joy and learning far and wide, fostering a global yoga family united in purpose and passion.

This fall, we invite you to join us in our kitchen as we prepare meals for the unhoused and contribute to community pantries in Lawrence. Our commitment to Seva extends beyond food, as we also collect and repurpose essential resources like cookware, dinnerware, blankets, and clothing to support those in need.
