"Immediately felt welcomed by this community when I went to my first Pulse class almost a year ago. Bounce is an incredible cardio workout with weights mixed in and most importantly, it's super fun! I'd do it every day if I could! Katie and Jenn's Barre classes always me inspired while feeling like I really pushed my body to a new level. SO, so happy I found this studio!!"

Class sizes are small enough where I feel like they are paying attention to my form and able to adjust if necessary. There’s a variety of class types, meaning everyone’s able to take something that suits their needs and you get to switch up your workout routine every day!
