"Facilitaity could have been cleaner, and two of the core trainer machines I tried really needed to be serviced as they were wobbly and as you moved there was clicking you could feel while moving. The third machine was good though. Spa area was clean and well kept. Staff was fantastic"
"I came in and the scanner on the front desk was not recognizing the QR code to walk in. This employee sat on his phone and did nothing to help. I picked up the scanner and it finally scanned. When I put it down I was frustrated and he aggressively asked me if I had a problem. I said no. He continued to try to escalate the situation as I was walking away by continuing to ask if I had a problem and when I stopped and responded firmly he picked up the phone and called the police. I will be pushing for termination."

"Planet Fitness Salem is an exceptional gym. It has the latest equipment that is well maintained. The staff is friendly and the gym is very clean. It has a welcoming atmosphere for all levels of fitness and I really enjoy being there so I go often. My health insurance has a fitness benefit which is an additional plus. This gym has earned a 10 rating."
