"Omg they have the worst staffs ever! All the workers are so lazy! All staffs just hanging out at the front desk not doing any work. No one Ever refill the paper towel machine so people can clean the machine after they done. I’ve been here for one year now and it’s getting worse. I don’t recommend anyone coming here I myself going back to Planet fitness, they are more welcome and the Facility is more clean."

"I been trying to get a $360 refund from them for the past 5 months and I still haven’t gotten my money back. I’ve spoke with everyone there and even tho they all agree it’s a mistake from their part no one seems to able to give me my money back. ITS BEEN 5 MONTHS THIS IS CRAZY. Don’t trust them with their personal training they will rob you. I’ve gotten to the point where I have the bank representative on the phone to speak with them and somehow they can’t provide any information because “they don’t have access to it”. THEY ROB PEOPLE"

"Quite a bad crunch compared to others I have seen. I’ll never know why they invested so much in cardio machines, and so little on strength equipment/ free weights. The machines and weight section becomes overly crowded. No thanks I’ll go to a real gym. The clientele has zero etiquette and doesn’t put weights back."

"I see lots of "cancel membership" issues. That is the MAIN ISSUE with almost EVERY gym today. I've experienced it with other gyms. So that's why I ended up going with a base membership here. No contract. They have a base membership with a contract too, but they tell you ahead of time "no canceling". So if you do cancel, that's on you... I LOVE this gym I went in & spoke to Billy(assistant manager I believe not sure)& he was very helpful. He showed me the facilities, I tried it out, & loved it!!! I think the other guy who helped me name was A.J., both very helpful & personable. They have EVERYTHING you could be looking for as far as working out. Whether it be weightlifting free weights or machines, to cardio, heavy bags, & even Olympic lifting platforms. Definitely recommend this gym if you're looking for a great workout, & something convenient!"

"Seeing a lot of reviews about attempting to cancel membership. I left a letter at the desk for the manager back in March. No response. I called two weeks ago and was told my membership was canceled and would get a email confirmation. No email as of today. Sent an email to the manager last week but no response so far. Let’s see if this does anything."
