Recently had a glitch related to a pension being reported incorrectly by a former employer as salary and wages, which triggered an overpayment notice from the SSA. "Unlike the Social Security office in Columbus Ga, this office offers a drop box! In Columbus you're expected to wait however many hours just to turn in a form. Ridiculous"

"I've been trying to call for days to update my twins SSI information however 90 percent of the time the automated answering system says the office is busy and to call back later. The few times I have actually been able to get a hold of someone I was hung up on. Whoever is running this office should be ashamed of themselves."
