The coaches and the staffs are what makes this place the best - they support you through the entire workout and provide all the training tips you need to make it an effective workout session. "I am a sales associate at OTF West End Foggy Bottom in Washington DC, but i’m from braintree - whenever i am home i make sure to stop into OTF braintree!! i’ve been to a few locations in MA but this one has been my favorite, which is great considering it’s in my hometown lol. as a SA at another studio, of course i have pretty high expectations and this studio really checks all the boxes! it’s very clean, new (love the look of the place + they have all new equipment!), and the staff is very friendly. i especially really enjoy coach kayla and coach megan. kaylas energy is through the roof everytime i see her which is so refreshing. megan even made a point to come introduce herself to me during class when she didn’t recognize me - so nice !!! "I was in Boston for the week and decided to try out the Braintree Orange Theory. The manager recognized that I was new, made me a sign, and talked with me before the class to make sure I felt comfortable. The staff and coaches at Orange Theory Braintree were incredible. "I just left my first class at Orange Theory and I would highly recommend to just about anybody. From my knowledge of physical training and research throughout the years, I understand what Orange Theory is trying to do with its customers. Ask any coach worth their salt and they will tell you the same. The gym is immaculately clean and well set up. In my career I do visuals for a company and looks are everything. This particular Orange Theory location has nothing I can complain about and I looked for things to complain about. Also it has showers which is a God send for me because I'd be going to work right after classes. All the equipment is new, in good working condition and most of all clean. The layout of the gym allows for members to work out freely and not be crowded during classes. The sound system is good but does muddle the coaches cues to their students. Also they provide heart rate monitors and heart rate displays throughout the gym to track your progress and motivate you. Also they provide coaches which if you ask me is vital in having students perform exercises correctly and not get hurt. Jordan was very motivational, informative, and checked in with me to see how I was doing in my first class. In closing I would still say I highly recommend Orange Theory to anybody. The environment they provide and results you can get from putting in the hard work is a recipe for success if you ask me. Between the coaching, excellent equipment, excellent facility and excellent workout programing for the money you pay, it's absolutely worth it."
