"Don't waste your time getting your motorcycle fixed at that shop . Ignorant people they don't know how to speak to their customers and that kid Rob need to grown up and learn how to properly communicate. I had taken my motorcycle to replace my brake line that was the only problem with my motorcycle and when I picked it up I notice that my motorcycle was idling very high and keep shouting off and I never had that issue before I would even advise my enemies not to go their for services that's how desatisfied I am."

"Abysmal Service, Incompetence, and Unjust Charges I am utterly appalled by the abysmal service provided by HD Cycle. They held my motorcycle hostage for an astonishing 21 months, failing miserably to fix the initial problem. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to slap me with a $500 bill for their incompetence. Their lack of expertise and disregard for customer satisfaction is astounding. Not only did they fail to resolve the issue, but they also wasted an exorbitant amount of time without any tangible results. This is a prime example of how not to run a professional establishment. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear unless they have an abundance of time, money, and patience to spare for an utterly futile experience."
