"I’ve been doing F45 workouts for a couple of months now, and I’ve already seen gains in both strength and confidence. I love the constantly evolving format, variety of equipment and exercises, and the way you’re continuously challenged to redefine your limits. The coaches are incredible, but especially Coach Luca! She’s so mindful of everyone’s background and experience level and helps tailor the workout to fit your needs by providing both modifications and form corrections as well as the hype to encourage you to pick up a heavier set of weights. When it comes to modifications for pain or injuries, she helps you understand your body better by explaining why she’s suggesting specific alternatives. On top of that, she brings such a great energy to every class she instructs. F45 is such a unique program overall in the sense that it provides both the community vibes of group fitness but also the individualized instruction of personal training, and Coach Luca is such a rare gem to find in the space. "I've been a member of F45 FiDi since it opened in January 2024. As someone who doesn't like planning a workout and hasn't been consistent in the gym, F45 was exactly what I needed. Coach Luca has been AMAZING in helping me push myself - picking up heavier weights, correcting my form, and making me feel so confident. "Today was day 2/3 of my trial and it kicked my behind in the best way! The trainer teaching today's class was Luca and she was sooo amazing and empathetic. I told her some of my health goals and she was so motivating! It is just my 2nd time trying F45 so it was really intense for me. Luca was extremely caring and attentive during the work out and she checked in on me multiple times throughout the class which was so sweet. She is well informed and really cares about our well being. Highly recommend & will be returning on Sunday!"
