"Not answering their phones. I have not lived in Massachusetts for 5 years and they're still charging me every single month despite frequent efforts to cancel. I want a full refund of the over $1200 they've charged me over 5 years."

"Great experience overall!! Lots of options for machines and free weights. Staff is friendly and available. The entire gym is ALWAYS clean, very spacious. A great environment an unbeatable price I’d give it ten stars if possible! Keep it up PF! Great hours too I have ZERO complaints"

"I live in Rhode Island and joined planet fitness online a while ago to go to planet fitness in Rhode Island. I have been trying to cancel my membership for months and this is the worst experience I have ever had. I have to drive an hour and a half to down town crossing in Boston (of which I have never been) just to cancel as they can not over the phone. I will be telling everyone I know for years do not waste your money with these horrible people"

"This is by far the worst gym I’ve been to. The location is good, the equipment was recently renewed but the locker room is so unsafe and is not clean, lots of broken locker that had been forced. And there always a smell like sweat or something who knows what. I would never take a shower there. Good thing they have several cleaning station all over the work out floor so can clean machines before and after you use them"

"The staff is great, and the hours are the best part. I've never been there and the locker room wasn't a mess, and the paper towels and spray are often empty. I don't give anyone 5 stars no such thing so they are a good spot but could use to stay in top of appearances"
