"The staff was always great at this location, but I've been trying to cancel my membership for months and I keep being billed. I have requested to cancel once in person, once via email, and once via mail- each attempt one month apart. I am still being charged every month. Had I known how often this happens when people try to cancel, I never would have joined PF. Apparently people have sucess sending a request via certified mail, so I'll try that this month. Hopefully the 4th time will be the charm."
"One RR stall for men, the dirtiest toilet seat in MASS, they never clean it or replace it. Staff generally nice, planet fitness should pay their employees more hourly so that they care about the job, its a disgrace to pay them so low when they have to clean after members"
"The equipment that they have is not the greatest but it will do for now. If you are focused on getting the best workout as far as running on the treadmill or elliptical this place will do. I like listening to music or watching Food Network when I'm using these machines most of the time they're not working it makes it a little bit difficult to concentrate. The staff overall not too bad they greet you when they have too."
