"Very neat and luxurious workout place. Although I mostly do cardio there, there are so many different kinds of weights, equipments and useful training programs included in the membership. Am thinking to take one of their fitting programs. Also I enjoy very much their dry and wet spa. It has showers and lockers. Highly recommend if you are looking for a gym that's distinguished. Just to share my recent experience on their membership management, it's set autopay so make sure you are not late on cancellation in advance. They will put everything on your fault and never going to do a single thing even if you don't use the gym at all without noticing the slippery renewal."
"Great gym, solid equipment. Can get pretty busy during peak hours but you’ll still be able to get a workout in. The website will tell you this gym has a sauna which is partially true — only the Vim Pilates location (included in the membership) down the street does. Do be aware that to exit VIM you may need to use the :wq command in your terminal."
"The gym is very nice, but the hours are bad. I wish they opened at 4:30 AM on week days for those with early jobs and no energy to work out in the evening. On the weekend it would be nice if they opened at 6 AM so that those that want to could get an early start on the weekend by having their whole day ahead of them after working out. If a gym with earlier hours and just as nice equipment opened in central, I’d switch gyms in an instant."
"Given the membership isn't cheap at this gym, you would think 1/4 of the machines wouldn't always be broken. Why does it take months to repair something? The bathrooms are always out of soap, toilet paper or are broken. The CAC is a superior gym in every way."
"Love the studio classes. The yoga is absolutely great, teached by great instructors. The mat pilates classes are also great. The showers are well equipped and clean, and there's plenty of available lockers. The only problem is that you can't keep your stuff in the lockers during the week or even during the night, so if you're planning on taking a shower you need to bring your things every time. The good part is that there is towels service :)"
