"Cool place to be if you don’t like crowd and love working out alone in the wee hours of the night. 24/7/366 Hoorah"
"Excellent equipment, attentive staff, and very clean 24/7 access facility. What more could you ask for? Support your local, independent business!"
"FitChoice, the undiscovered gem in the gym business, is crushing it. 24/7 access, clean, friendly staff and ownership, and rarely more than 10 people there at once. I've read complaints about their pricing being too high but you must understand a few things with the price: * You're paying for the 24/7 access, which is a superb amenity. Electricity is not free, people. * You want a higher-than-average price because you get higher-than-average clientele, simple as that. By essentially pricing out people you don't want there anyway, you ensure a much more pleasurable atmosphere for loyal members. Want to settle for the cheapest? Planet fitness or Crunch would love to have you- where no one wipes down machines and people gawk and stare while they're waiting 15 minutes for the next available machine. FitChoice by a mile."
"It's the staff's friendliness, 24hrs/7days a week scheduling, & small yet personal workout environment that convinced me to join. You can't beat having access to the equipment you need without feeling disappointed that it's broken or someone else is using it."
"I loved going to this gym! When COVID started, they did not communicate to members what was happening with payments anywhere except on their facebook page. I decided to allow them to keep charging me to support a business I wanted to stick around in my community. However, I expected the charges to stop in October of 2020 when (what I thought was) my year contract was up. The previous year, I had lost key access after my year contract expired, so I expected them to stop charging me. This is not what happened. FitChoice continued to charge my card, and when I filled out the contact form on their website I heard nothing back. When I called, I could not get ahold of anyone and the mailbox was full. What I expected from a small business was personal and direct communication. What I have is a debt collector calling me because the card I used finally expired and they can't charge me anymore. I am furious, but more importantly I'm disappointed that this business is operated in the same vein as BSC and other big gyms rather than the kind, professional, courteous treatment I was given when I originally signed up. Read your contract carefully, and remember that sending a letter by certified mail is as easy as a trip to the post office."
