"I have been working out here for 10 years. The individualized approach, both in group and private classes, is what I like best, and what yields fitness results. Shelia and the trainers are there for you. If you have a physical or medical issue, they will research the best way to work with you for the best results. This is NOT a cookie cutter fitness studio. Each client gets what they want & need. I do group classes of TRX, Core Cardio & yoga, bwhich are small, with supervision and modifications when needed. I also do private gyrotonic with Shelia, pilates reformer with Melissa, and a 4 person reformer class with Shelia, giving me a well rounded, safe, effective workout schedule. My husband sees Ally for a private pilates reformer session and an early morning men’s TRX class. The studio is exceptionally clean, warm & welcoming. Try it...you’ll be glad you did!!"
