"Amy & her staff are top-notch! Their knowledge & delivery is some of the best I've ever experienced, and they make classes a blast! The training & education that the instructors pursue flies HIGH above the other alternatives in the greater Boston area, and you can tell. These aren't your average "weekend certificate" trainers, they have spent hundreds of hours seeking education, perfecting techniques, and learning the human body so as to avoid injury. If you have any ailment, take a personal training session with Amy. Her background is in exercise science, and she has invested hundreds of hours into perfecting the true Pilates technique. A clean & beautiful space brings the whole experience together, and leaves me feeling refreshed & realigned. 10/10 would recommend!"

The group size is small so you get individual attention and modifications if you need it.
