Not to mention how it changes your body: I'm definitely stronger and faster because of it. And the Chestnut Hill location is fantastic! The people are great - really friendly and welcoming. The trainers will kick your butt, but in the nicest way possible. :) And the facilities are clean and beautiful. They did such a nice job with the space. From the first 'hi' to your post-workout protein shake, it's a great experience. You'll be hooked. But you'll be better off for it. ;)"
