StretchMED - Belmont

"Update: Stetch Med called back to fix the error with my purchase but now they are all booked today and I am badly in pain so I had to book a service elsewhere. It would be good to let customers know upfront that if they are purchasing an intro stretch that it must be used within the first month of purchase, otherwise it expires in their system."

"Your Belmont location took advantage of an elderly woman. My mom thought she was signing up for a specific number of sessions. They signed her up for an ongoing contract without explaining the forms to her. My mom is 78 years old, is hard of hearing and does not speak English well. She cannot afford a $480 monthly membership, did not and would not have ever agreed to that. I called them to explain and ask for a refund of the extra unauthorized payments. They not only refused, they kept billing her credit card. We had to change my mom's credit card number. Taking advantage of a senior citizen who doesn't speak English. Shameful."
