You'll engage with light and heavy weights, Core Balls, gliders, and resistance bands, ensuring a customizable workout that keeps you motivated.
Additionally, our 45-minute trampoline class offers a unique, high-intensity cardio workout in a low-impact format, enhancing your balance, coordination, and stability. You can choose to wear sneakers, bare feet, or grippy socks for this fun and invigorating session.
