With a background in exercise science from the University of Massachusetts in Boston and a passion for weightlifting, I have dedicated my career to understanding and addressing the unique fitness needs of individuals. My approach focuses on form, injury prevention, and post-orthopedic rehabilitation, ensuring a valued training experience for all clients.
