Due to the smaller group size than some of the bigger gyms in the area, there is a focus on the individual which can be beneficial if you have modifications due to injury or to fit your personal training needs. The workouts are cross functional, so they are in line with the needs of a college athlete, or a person looking to maintain strength and stay fit. "I have been training at Muscle Mind Movement for over a year now and I am happy to say that attending the weekly group sessions has become the highlight of my week.
