"We were walking along the bike path in Lexington MA and stumbled on to this ebike store. We decided to have a look as we have been considering buying electric bikes. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in the shop. They told us that they had a perfect bike for us for $1,000. My research had pointed to a bike three times that cost and I asked about one of that cost. They replied that this one was just as good and a dramatically better value. It was pretty remarkable that they directed us away from a higher profit bike. We did buy the bike they recommended and with great care they secured it in my truck. This is a great shop and our experience was terrific."

"While GoodWheels had a selection mostly of just two brands (Wing and Mercedes) when I got my Wing Freedom X from them, they explained that they want to be sure they could stand behind the brands they stock and only wanted to sell bikes they believed in. They are a new shop and are working hard to be a good community resource, and have helped me get the best out of my bike, fixing any small issues that cropped up on the spot, and offering a loaner bike if I needed it. I recommend them to anyone who prefers to deal with a local shop rather than order things online and then deal with distant customer service operations. Brian the tech guy is really friendly and good, and Pete and his son Mike are a father son team who really want the customer to be happy with the purchase and the relationship."

"I had a great experience at Good Wheels. They let me try different e-bikes before purchasing. I've got a nice one, but had some issues with it. They exchanged it no questions asked. They gave me a loaner while waiting for a new bike to be delivered. It took longer than expected, but they let me keep the loaner in the meantime, and periodically contacted me with updates. When the bike finally arrived, they gave me a free upgrade. Honest people and great bikes."
