"Short answer - Amazing instructors, super cute boutique. Long answer - If you have ever been curious about hot yoga, go in person and check it out. The owners did an amazing job building the place. It's cozy and beautiful in there! I happen to know their heating system is state of the art with humidity built into it, which prevents heat from becoming too dry, or too swampy. I took 2 classes and it felt very comfortable in the studio. Comfortably hot that is! The instructors are just superb! They guide you in class and offer modifications for whatever level you are at. It's a no judgment zone. In the boutique they have crystals, candles, jewelry, leggings, sport bras, shirts, sweaters, mats, water, snacks, and then some more. Can't wait to go back!"
