"New club vibe at a great location. There is not much else to say - it's a full gym, meets expectation and then some in terms of equipment, cleanliness, staffing, and overall club atmosphere. The staff are more engaging than and easier to engage with than usual. That says a lot given the decline of the quality workforce across all industries. I was a little jammed up in transferring from a previous location. That wasn't this location's fault and they were helpful in calling my old PF and forcing them to transfer my membership. I've probably been here more times in 6 weeks than the 2 years I was at Norwood PF. That's nothing against Norwood but I no longer work in Norwood. The location and closeness to my house makes all the difference. It continues to be a great indoor/AC resource during this heatwave. I'm able to continue my mid-distance running and use the machines for valuable cross training gains."

"I find the staff to be both knowledgeable and engaging. They greet me by name as I enter. Nice gym, roomy, clean, comfortable, all new equipment,and a wellness pod for meditation! Transferred from another great location to be closer to home, was both surprised and impressed at how much I liked it"

"Sucks staff is rude. The Norton location also sucks. This new facility is 5 minutes from my office and the machines are like something from the future and the gym goers are not nice. Felt very uncomfortable being here. Feel very out of place. I imagine I’m not the only one that has felt this way. If you’re uncomfortable at your gym you won’t get a good workout. I have noticed that going to another gym 40+ minuets away from office and about 20+ in the opposite direction of my house is better than getting a bad work because of a hostile environment. Hope management can do better."

Excessive rules and biased after a few times of coming here, black card member was told that I had to make them home gym change my location , put my sweatshirt on my treadmill was told I couldn’t? Came in again and was told my credit card was ready to expire and it’s not . Came in again and there playing politics ! No more Fox News have to look at hateful CNN all the other planets fitness that I go to across the country have Fox News on there needs to be a balance until balance restored will not be returning!$"
