The classes are so awesome- low impact but you get such an amazing full body workout and leave the class super sweaty and energized. What I love most though, is how welcoming and kind everyone is and how inclusive the studio is. The owner, Natasha is an absolute gem. She is a rockstar teacher, and so motivating, enthusiastic, and kind. I love everything about this studio! ❤️"

"I am trying new gyms thanks to a service I am trying out. Barre3 was one of the studios nearby that I wanted to try. I never had been to a Barre class before but they took the time to introduce me to the instructor and make sure I was set up properly for class. These workouts are tough but the instructors always share modifications for any level. No matter what time I've come, classes are always full. They have a play area for kids and two very clean bathrooms with amenities perfect for when you're in need. I love that they end class with a breathing exercise. I absolutely plan on being a regular here."
