"I called today due to the fire alarm going off in the apt building and they came here in less than 10 minutes, more than 10 men came they were polite and helpful. The guy with a white shirt (not sure his position) explained why it happened and were done in less than 15 minutes. Not even 30 minutes passed since I called and they resolved the situation.
