"Now they have staff patrolling around building harassing customers. I was told I could not wait for my bus outside on the side of the building, I had to go sit inside on a bench. What is wrong with people who work with the public. Absolutely pitiful."
"Lit this place up elsewhere, so suffice to say it's awful. Wretched. Miserable. Worthless."
"Once again got dropped off on RT 6 In Westport@ 11:20 am, went into the UPS store for 5 minutes. Stood at bus stop waiting for the 11:35 from Fall river, watched 2 west bound New Bedford to Fall river go past. In other words the 11:35 never came had to wait over an hour in the rain."
"Good buses. Always clean. Don't trust their schedule though."
"The worst Transit Authority I've encountered ANYWHERE taking into account the fact their actual property is disgusting,& closed on Sunday, closes early on Saturday, and closes in the evening during the week so if you are waiting for a bus to get out of New Bedford, which will inevitably be late, you get to do it outside while strangers approach you for all kinds of reasons. The service they offer is pitiful, buses often just don't show up, not just late-night but ever, I've been waiting for a bus &waited for what would be the amount of time that 2 or 3 buses should have come and gone, and eventually walked, whoever made the schedule wasted their time, it's more like a suggestion than a promise, definitely not something to plan your day around. It's not like other cities and towns where buses actually run properly and frequently, the most frequent buses here are 1 and 4, and too often they drive right past you waiting, don't show up, or go an entirely different route without letting the public, or any one know. For a while I thought maybe this was an elaborate prank, I was looking for Ashton Kutcher everywhere but I only found needles, bums, miserable bus drivers, and a a TON of people asking for money and cigarettes. Id love to leave New Bedford but... I can't ever get a bus. #irony"
