"Went there to get 2 stones put in at the family plot, our family has used them since the 1950’s. I tried to give them a deposit he said it wasn’t necessary that he would go to the plot and give me a price…… 2 years ago. Sorry I am not going to do business with someone who can’t afford to do anything at all for a customer. Went somewhere else and they had 2 very nice stones in within 3 months. So I think these people should just close down or sell to someone who actually cares about grieving customers."
"Given all the negative reviews below... how in the world can a business like this stay in business? Why would anyone roll the dice in the hopes that they get what they pay for during such a time of personal loss of a loved one? My suggestion would be to contact one of any local news station i.e. channel 5 or 7's consumer investigation desk to expose a wrong and get a fair resolution.! Any good businessman or women with any brains would want to avoid bad customer reviews and would want a chance to "Do the right / ethical thing". Good luck..... P.S. this Google review requires the writer to select a at least 1 out of 5 stars before you can post the review."
"This company is awful. I ordered my mom’s stone in February. It was promised end of April. It was finally delivered a week before her one year anniversary only after I went there demanding it be finished. The guys had no idea where she was located. The stone was delivered without the photo (I sent the photo in April - was told two week turn around) and the stone had rust on the front and back as well as a stain on the front. He removed the headstone to “clean the rust” two weeks ago with a promise of returning it three days later. He doesn’t respond to calls, texts, emails. No respect for families in mourning and all he does is complain when you finally do reach him. He always has a problem. I don’t care about your problems - just return my mom’s headstone and make sure the rust is gone and photo installed properly. I would never recommend this company to anyone."
"Purchased stone in mid October pd cash in full. Told 6-8 weeks called eight weeks later still not done, told them wanted for Christmas. Called Christmas eve said they were doing it that day. Went to see stone looked nice with one exception. They spelled the last name wrong. Called week later due to the holidays, said they would have to look at it. Could cover with "cloud" really a plaque. Absolutely not paid too much for a patch job. Then not sure if they have another stone takes 6 months from China. Will have to check warehouse. Called every couple of weeks always an excuse. Meanwhile no one has ever said I'm sorry. Finally I called the end of March and they said they were going to do it that day. Had a special plaque made for the original stone that they have to heat off and call me to pick up. Still waiting for the phone call it is April 13th. Poor customer service. Don't pay in full or go somewhere else. Addendum. Never got plaque back. Had to purchase new one for another$40."
"One star as that is the minimum. My preterm son passed away after birth, almost 9 years ago. Finally able to purchase a marker for him and went with barnicoat as my family headstone was purchased there back in 1979. I wanted marker to match the stone and was fortunate enough they still make the same granite/marble. Had to pay in full, June 2018, and was told 6-8 weeks. Life got busy and it was November before I knew it. Every time I called got voice mail and my messages never returned. Spring forward to 12/21/18 I spoke with a gentleman who assured me he had drawing at home and would get it done. Waited until after new year as it was holidays. Still nothing so I turned it over to my boyfriend. He went down there on 1/2/19 and was told it would be put in cemetery 1/4. My boyfriend went to cemetery and nobody showed up, he called office and owner, Jack, informed him worker couldn't get there till 3:20 later in day. No courtesy call to inform us either and save the trip? Not good business practice. It did finally get delivered later in day. I agree with previous reviewer. They are in the businesd of dealing with people during grieving period and to lie and deceive them during this time is disgusting and inexcusable! They seek payment in full upfront and didn't waste time cashing my check. Will never recommend or use them!!!"
