"The shop and its dresses are beautiful… I would definitely rate this as 5 star but my experience today was definitely not good! I purchased a $667 dress for my 10 year old, which is fabulous. But when it came to my three year old ( which I asked to rent a cupcake dress and appointments were not available today, I totally understand) but if I personally want to try on another dress (for purchase) and for an employee to come to me and say “ummm If you were interested in renting I would take that dress off because it’s to expensive” … ma’am I can purchase it, money is definitely not the issue here… it was the rudest comment especially since i was the one pushing their employees to try to purchase more than 1 dress today…( for both daughters) i guess they believe the dresses are to expensive for a three year old. personally if I like I will buy it, but to purchase it she definitely needs to try it on…. Idk I hate I have to comment but I was very disappointed in the way she treated me as a customer… Other than that the other employees were wonderful…"
