"I wouldn't eat at ruby Tuesday in Vidalia. They don't do customer service. I advised the hostess that I could not sit at their tables because of a recent back surgery and I needed a booth. The waitress who had open booths would not let the hostess seat us in her station. We left without being served. Now I understand the 3.1 rating"
"Urinal overflow when flushed. You can smell your way to the restrooms. Like an overused porta potty. The whole restaurant smells like urine. Manager is oblivious to this."
"The Philly cheese and fries was excellent, my wife's thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the steak kabobs and it was very good. Service was good the salad bar was good except, had no croutons and that's what my wife loves"
"Overall I would recommend for the area. There's a variety of options on the menu. I ordered steak, mashed potatoes and broccoli. My steak was rare, it was supposed to be medium well. The waitress had my whole order done over because blood was on my sides.The food was good. My kids had the tenders, they we fried a little too long (they were too dark for me but they ate them). The waitress kept the drinks filled."
