"Very nice small mall with the main two stores being TJ MAX and BELK. I went in both stores. They had great clearance sales, were clean and staff very helpful."

"I was just in the store in Waycross, Ga with my granddaughter. She picked up a pair of shoes that had a $6 clearance tag on it. The cashier called the manager, Jessica she took the shoes and said that she was going to check the correct price. I stood in the line explaining to the cashier that I expected to get the shoes for the price that was on it. The manager came back walked past the cashier and me stating that the correct price is $10. The cashier stated that she know I didn't do it but they didn't even want to sell me the shoes for the price that was listed. The manager didn't come back and explain it to me at all. I felt like she was disrespectful and unprofessional regarding this matter. I wouldn't advise any family or friends to shop at this store and expect be treated fairly when making a purchase. So disappointed."

"Wonderful customer service at the jewelry counter. Miss Nancy H. will pull out anything and let you try it on and talk about where the jewelry came from. Very sweet lady. Was able to get a hunk of Selenite for $9.99! Plus they had really cute mugs."
