"The attendant was not friendly, but he was polite. However, when I go to a place of business, I would prefer not to see employees underwear! Employees' attire should be professional and not like a thug on the street with their pants drooping down far enough to see underwear!"

"My husband bought a pair of dress shoes from the store. He wore them out, and walked through to Belk. One of the shoes had an issue, so he went to take them back. The man working the register let us know that he couldn't return them, as they were used. My husband explained that he bought them about 15 minutes ago. That really wasnt the issue. I get store policies, however he was overtly rude. It was such a negative experience that we won't return. There is no cause to be rude."
